The Provincial Court of Cantabria, in its Judgement of 7 July 2022, sentenced a man to two years’ imprisonment and a fine of 1,620 euros for having provided a false document in the eviction trial against him, which was a rental contract with advantageous conditions and a proof of having paid the debt to the landlady, knowing it to be false.<\/p> \n \n
