Member No. 72.793 of the Madrid Bar Association. Law degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid (2002). Degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (1999).
From 2002 to 2010 he practiced law at the law firm Uría Menéndez, where he advised large business groups and gained experience in negotiations and legal proceedings of all kinds, specializing in criminal, civil/commercial and transactional law.
Prior to practicing law, Eduardo had worked at the auditing firm Arthur Andersen (currently, in Spain, integrated in Deloitte).
Since 2009 he has combined the practice of law with teaching, first as an associate professor of Commercial Law at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and later as a professor of Criminal Law in the Master’s Degree in Legal-Financial Translation at Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
Since 2012, he has been an external collaborator of Allen&Overy for criminal matters.
