Sánchez-Cervera Abogados defends a client who tested positive in a breathalyser test. The tests showed a breath alcohol level very close to the limit established in the Criminal Code (0.60 mg/l). The 26th Criminal Court handed down a judgment on 27 July 2012 in which, after making some considerations on the tests and the instruments used to measure the alcohol level, it concluded that the offence had not been accredited as there was a margin of error of 7.5% on the results of the breathalyser, acquitting the client with all the favourable pronouncements.
